Terms and Conditions

🎔1. Payment & Refunds
♡ All commissions are priced per character/artwork.
♡ Payment must be made upfront before work begins.
♡ Once work has started, all sales are final — no refunds will be issued.

♡ Payment plans can be requested for orders OVER 350$
♡ Occasional discounts or deals may be offered, but they are at my discretion.🎔2. Communication & Timeline
♡ Please provide clear references and details when ordering.
♡ I will keep you updated if delays happen, but real life always comes first.
♡ Kindness and respect are expected — I reserve the right to decline commissions if needed.
♡ During the time I work on your commission It may be shared on social medias, servers and streamed via Twitch unless specifically requested otherwise (please confirm this on request).🎔3. Artistic Style & Revisions
♡ All works are done in my chibi style.
♡ Small fixes may be requested before final delivery, but major changes require additional payment.
♡ I will not exactly copy another artist’s style.🎔4. File Delivery
♡ Commissions are delivered as digital PNG files (transparent or simple background).
♡ No physical items will be shipped.
♡ Files will be delivered via Discord or email.🎔5. Usage Policy
♡ If you’d like to use my art for commercial purposes (e.g., merch, prints, logos), we must discuss an extra fee beforehand.
♡ You may share your commission online (with credit).
♡ Do not remove watermarks or claim the art as your own.
♡ DO NOT Edit or reproduce any of my work!!! This includes emotes. If you are found to be doing this you will be immediately removed from ALL TCC servers, Banned and Blocked WITHOUT WARNING. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your user name and other information will ALSO Be shared and flagged to other artist friends who will ALSO blacklist you from services. (I DO NOT MESS AROUND)🎔6. Commission Limits
♡ I only accept 2 active commissions at a time to keep things manageable.
♡ Larger or group orders may require extra time and should be discussed in advance.

All artwork created by me may be used in my portfolio or social media.
This helps showcase my style and work to future clients.
If you’d like a short delay before your piece is posted, let me know — but it will eventually be featured.🚫 Right to Refuse Service
Ray reserves the right to deny services at any time. Reasons may include (but are not limited to):

🎔 When taking ref images please do so with no hat (it covered the hair), well lit (hard to get colors right in the dark area) and NO POSES! -
IF YOU GIVE ME BAD REFS I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER OR CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL 10$🎔 If you want Ray to make the references (FFXIV only) - Ray requires an MCDF and it will cost an additional $5🎔 If you have an idea/pose in mind you can send me a ref of something similar or a detailed description.🎔 Full body images from all four sides. This is for body shape as well as any clothing items.🎔 CLOTHING - If you do not have specific clothing you would like to have your character wearing please provide examples of alternatives.🎔 If your character has Markings or Tattoos please add a close up of this🎔 This will also need to be done for waist up and head up this is for hair and facial features.🎔 EYES - To make sure i can get an accurate color for the eyes please provide a close up
